Remove the credit card from your account

When your account subscription is in a canceled state you are able to remove the card on file by following the steps below.

Step 1:

From the Billing page, click the change plan button then select cancel under your current plan. This will set your plan to cancel at the end of the current billing period.

If your account is past due this will cancel your plan immediately.


Step 2:

Once your plan is set to cancel click the Remove Card button.

Removing a card from your account is permanent, trying to reactivate the subscription will require you to enter the card details again to have on file for the plan.


Reactivating Your Account

If you would like to reactivate your account you can do so by clicking the Reactivate button which will prompt you to add a new card. By adding a new card you are reactivating your subscription and the newly added card will be charged at the beginning of the next billing period.
